A vessel is a container for holding something. A vessel is a person into whom grace is infused.
We choose for our plants vessels made of clay. The unconscious memory of our origins remains in our nature and, throughout history, it has led humans to relate with clay in different ways: from its use as a building material to its use in pottery.

In the ancient cultures which lived in the Mesopotamian and Mediterranean areas, scribes used to register information by inscribing cuneiform script on clay surfaces. Clays sintered in fire were the first form of ceramic: bricks, cooking pots, art objects, cutlery and even musical instruments could, in fact, all be shaped from clay.
